EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Saga_ and Saga Basecamp accept exchanges or returns of your items within a maximum period of 14 days, provided they have not been used and retain their original packaging. The Customer/user has the right to claim any defect, inaccuracy, or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered.
To return an item, you must fill out the returns form indicating which store you wish to send or deliver the item to. Once the item's condition has been confirmed, you will be refunded via the same payment method within 5 working days. For ATM payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer. For exchanges, a voucher with the value of the item, valid for 1 year, will be issued.
Transportation costs arising from the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. In this situation, only the value of the items will be reimbursed, with the shipping costs being borne by the customer.
If the return is due to a logistical error by SAGATEX, only after contacting the customer, will SAGATEX proceed with collecting the item, assuming the return costs, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.
SAGATEX does not accept returns sent with postage paid or cash on delivery.
