Saga only requests the name, email, address, and mobile number as mandatory personal data. Additionally, you may provide SAGA with your tax identification number and date of birth.

The data indicated above as mandatory will be processed for the purposes of managing your online account, service communications, order deliveries, and analysis of your customer profile. This analysis is carried out based on your consumption history and browsing data, with a view to creating conditions to improve your shopping experience, as well as to optimize Saga's product range.

Sagatex will retain your personal data for the period necessary for the respective purposes, with the exception of transaction data which Saga will have to retain for a period of 10 years, due to legal requirements. If you request the cancellation of your account, Sagatex undertakes to delete your personal data within 1 month from the respective request.
